Baked these with my nephew for his birthday and the kit had every single ingredient pre-measured, which made the whole thing so easy for a beginner. The cupcakes came out moist and fluffy despite being both gluten-free and vegan, which I honestly didn’t expect. Even my picky sister ate two.
